Security

How Callpulse protects your team’s call data and workspace.

Last updated June 29, 2026

Our approach

Security is built into how Callpulse handles sales call recordings, transcripts, and manager insights. We combine platform controls, encrypted transport, and least-privilege access so customer data stays within authorized workspaces.

Infrastructure

Callpulse runs on modern cloud infrastructure with network isolation, monitored hosting environments, and regular patching. Production systems are separated from development environments, and secrets are managed outside application code.

Encryption

Data is encrypted in transit using TLS. Sensitive credentials and integration secrets are stored using industry-standard secret management practices. At-rest encryption is applied through our cloud providers’ managed storage services.

Authentication and access control

Users authenticate through secure email and password sign-in. Workspace access is scoped by role (for example, manager vs. rep), and administrative actions require elevated permissions. Session handling follows current browser security best practices.

Application security

We apply input validation, authorization checks on API requests, and logging for security-relevant events. Dependencies are kept current, and we review changes that affect authentication, billing, or data access.

Customer responsibilities

Customers should use strong passwords, limit admin access, and ensure they have consent to record and upload calls. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.

Incident response

We maintain procedures to investigate suspected security incidents, contain impact, and notify affected customers when required by law or contract. Report security concerns to our team through Contact Sales.

Availability

We monitor core platform components and publish service status at our Status page. Planned maintenance is communicated in advance when possible.
