Agreement

By creating an account, signing in, or using Callpulse, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you use the Service on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.

The Service

Callpulse provides tools to upload sales call recordings, generate transcripts, and surface AI-assisted insights for managers and sales teams. Features may change over time. We may add, modify, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical.

Accounts and access

You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for managing roles and permissions within your workspace. Notify us promptly of unauthorized access.

Customer content

You retain ownership of call recordings, transcripts, and other content you upload (“Customer Content”). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and analyze Customer Content solely to provide and improve the Service. You represent that you have all rights and consents necessary to upload and process Customer Content.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the Service, attempt to access other customers’ data, interfere with platform operation, reverse engineer the Service except where permitted by law, or use the Service in violation of applicable law. We may suspend or terminate access for material violations.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans renew according to the billing cycle you select unless canceled. Fees are due in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated otherwise. Trial terms, agent limits, and usage caps are described at signup and in your plan details.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is”. AI-generated summaries, scores, and recommendations are assistive tools and may contain errors. You are responsible for business decisions made using the Service. We disclaim warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Callpulse and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities. Our aggregate liability arising from the Service is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time through billing settings or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate the Service for breach, non-payment, or legal requirements. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends, subject to any data export or retention obligations described in our Privacy Policy.
